"I injured my ankle during the Yankton Soccer Tournament. I went to Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy because they offer the free sport screens. The therapist gave me some recommendations and exercises to do. Also, she performed the necessary steps to help rule out any fracture(s). Fortunately, the x-rays were negative but I was in need of some tough physical therapy. The therapy was hard, but I knew I had to keep going if I wanted to return to soccer. Everything with therapy and soccer started clicking. My ankle was not hurting anymore and I was getting better at soccer."
"I would suggest going to Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy. They take good care of you. They also want to make it a priority to get back to what you love to do. Those two months were challenging, but fun. I have never had an ankle injury before, let alone being on crutches. They made it a positive experience and one I’ll never forget."
