
Matt Dvorak, PT DirectorMatt is originally from Harrisburg, South Dakota and received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mt. Marty College prior to receiving his degree in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University. He has worked as a staff therapist throughout his career in most areas of Physical Therapy, but has specialized in orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy. Matt has been a department manager of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and Athletic Training departments at several facilities prior to developing and directing the current Physical Therapy department at Lewis and Clark Specialty Hospital. He has worked with several PT and PTA education programs as a clinical education site, and was recently voted 2010 Clinical Instructor of the Year through the University of South Dakota. Matt also received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from Mt. Marty College. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and South Dakota Physical Therapy Association. He serves as the team Physical Therapist for Crofton High School in Crofton, Nebraska.

Kari Gall, PTAKari is originally from Crofton, Nebraska, and graduated from Crofton Community High School. She attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk and received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2001. Following graduation, Kari worked at ProCare 3 in Omaha, Nebraska for one year, focusing on adolescents and adults with disabilities. Following ProCare 3, Kari moved to Yankton, South Dakota where she was employed at the Human Services Center for three years before joining Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy in 2005. Kari specializes in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. |

Michelle Tieszen, PTMichelle is originally from Powell, Wyoming and graduated from Powell High School. She attended Dakota Wesleyan University for two years before transferring to the University of North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1984. Michelle has worked for Sacred Heart Hospital as an outreach therapist providing services for several area hospitals, nursing homes and school districts. She later moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota and was employed by the Sioux Falls School District as a staff therapist and also as the Director of Physical Therapy. Michelle has been employed at Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy since 2007. |

Marge O’Hara, PT AideMarge is a native of Yankton, South Dakota. After attending Mount Marty College she raised her family in Yankton. After a few years of working at a community hospital, Marge joined the staff of a local medical clinic and worked as a medical transcriptionist for 22 years. She also taught on-line courses for Presentation College before joining the staff of Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy in 2008. Marge is in charge of the clerical, reception and transcription duties for the Physical Therapy department, in addition to helping out with patient care when needed. |

Amanda Adamson, DPTAmanda is originally from Yankton, South Dakota and graduated from Yankton Senior High School in 2001. She attended the University of South Dakota where she participated in women's track and field, receiving All-American status as a sprinter. Injuries from sprinting led her to a career in physical therapy. Amanda received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Following graduation, Amanda returned to Yankton to work at a private outpatient practice with a focus on orthopedics and women's health. Amanda joined Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy in 2009 and she continues to specialize in orthopedic and sports therapy working with athletes of all ages. |

Lisa Huber, PTOriginally from Dimock, South Dakota, Lisa graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1983. Lisa originally focused her career in neurology, working with both pediatric and adult clients in San Diego, California. With a geographical relocation to Denver, Colorado, Lisa switched the focus of her career to orthopedics. She continued this emphasis when she returned home to South Dakota. Lisa joined the staff of Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy in 2010. |

Kristy Hofer, MSPTKristy is originally from Bridgewater, South Dakota and graduated from Bridgewater High School. Kristy continued her education at South Dakota State University, Western Iowa Tech and the University of South Dakota where she earned her Associates Degree of Applied Science, Bachelor of Science and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees in 2004. Kristy had previously worked at Lewis and Clark Specialty Hospital from 2004 through July 2005. Currently, Kristy and her family reside in Bridgewater, South Dakota where Kristy owns Hofer Physical Therapy and specializes in geriatric physical therapy. Kristy joined Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy in 2009 while working as needed by the Physical Therapy Department. |
