Matt Dvorak, PTOriginally from Harrisburg, South Dakota, Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1989. Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Specialty Hospital in 2003, Matt has worked as a staff Physical Therapist and most recently as a Physical Therapy Director for two regional community hospitals. Currently, Matt directs inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services provided at Lewis & Clark Specialty Hospital and Lewis & Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy. |

Kari Gall, PTAKari is originally from Crofton, Nebraska, and graduated from Crofton Community High School. She attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk and received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2001. Following graduation, Kari worked at ProCare 3 in Omaha, Nebraska for one year, focusing on adolescents and adults with disabilities. Following ProCare 3, Kari moved to Yankton, South Dakota where she was employed at the Human Services Center for three years before joining Lewis & Clark Specialty Hospital in 2005. Kari specializes in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. |

Michelle Tieszen, PTMichelle is originally from Powell, Wyoming and graduated from Powell High School. She attended Dakota Wesleyan University for two years before transferring to the University of North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1984. Michelle has worked for Sacred Heart Hospital as an outreach therapist providing services for several area hospitals, nursing homes and school districts. She later moved to Sioux Falls and was employed by the Sioux Falls School District as a staff therapist and also as the Director of Physical Therapy. Michelle has been employed at Lewis and Clark Specialty Hospital since 2007. |
